Most places in Thailand, including local based businesses, have experienced year or year declines. Shrinking of the current ones is more likely. I will write it up soon but Pattaya is now feeling the winds of change. Less nudity, earlier closing and lots of new malls. My guess is Pattaya will eventually be walking street alone and soi 6 will feel the pinch first. Soi 6 I heard had the hardest low season they have ever seen. my – i don’t bkk will add any new areas.
