Used to be a lot of small but decadent clubs that catered to guys hanging out but of course women were on hand and available. I think member clubs are the only thing that comes close. They are not perfect, take some time to get the hang of but I think are enjoyable for people who invest a some time and coin into it. My girl is eight years younger than me (I'm 35, she's 27) and that's about as big of a difference the families will accept (it seems they follow the "Little Women" formula of 1/2 your age plus 7, thus a 40 year old guy is suitable for a 27 year old, but nothing younger).
