T(apas)opless in Thailand!

Tried a new restaurant last night. Another blog duty. New Tapas place on Suk Soi 11. Duck into the alleyway near cheap charlies to find it. Will get back to the Tapas in a minute but need to explain the title. Been to Spain once on my longest holiday ever. 3 weeks. Was amazing. I moved to Thailand to take an even longer holiday but I that did not work out as planned. Anyway. The thing I remember most about Spain was the great beaches with all the topless euro trash and the amazing food. But man some of the boobs. Amazing. So back in the states the code word for going to the strip club was Tapas. Topless. Tapas. U get it.

And for another strange coincidence. After I went to Tapas I went over to PJs on Soi 31 – great food and wicked martinis. I only had a martini. Maybe that’s the problem. Caught up with PJ and discussed our problems with Thai cooks. Arghhh. So many. After that I met another friend on Cowboy to catch up on another subject. Naked girls. Whilst we were sitting in Rawhide looking at some of the best boobs in Thailand. Rawhide is mostly naked. Almost every time there are girls on the stage they are either naked, getting naked, or naked. The A team, don’t kid yourself – every go go bar has an A and B team, was on the stage and almost every girl on the A team has great boobs. One of the girls may have the best set in Thailand but we are still not sure if they are real or fake. If they are fake they are almost perfect and if they are real then they are perfect. So while we were watching the boobs my friend commented that one time he was on a beach in Thailand he saw a gorgeous Thai girl topless. This is quite rare in Thailand and when u see something like this u get kind of worked up since this is not something u are suppose to see – in Thailand. Point is somehow I made a connection while looking at some perfect boobs – between Spain, Tapas(restuarant), all the topless girls, a topless Thai girl on the beach, topless girls in Spain and my libido. I barfined and the rest is well – good.

Back to the restaurant. Bangkok is blessed with a huge assortment of restaurants catering to almost every culinary taste on the planet and for the most part most food can be had for a pretty fair price. So last night I had an itching for something not Thai and decided on Tapas. I had been over on Soi 8 – not Lolitas – to check in with my Skin Art Practitioner – so when I went to walk home I popped over on Soi 11 to check out a pub and ended up in Tapas.

The place is a small little restaurant newly refurbished in simple euro-modern style way that is tasteful and relaxing. Prices are decent – not cheap but not over the top either. Service was good but the food was a little slow coming out but that’s the way it usually is in Spain as well. So couple that with Thai time and the wait was a little long but the place was busy and new – so it is to be expected. I had some Sangria, some sausage, tortillas and the goat cheese. The cheese was great. I ordered another one. Nice thing about Tapas is just ordering a few to start and adding more as u go. Sangria could have been better. My recollection of Sangria is that the ingredients were mixed up before ordering with the fruit soft and the tastes all swirling together. That said – nothing was bad. I enjoyed the place and will be back. Check it out.

Great idea, take thai ladies to ibiza, the clubbing capital of the world. Watch them laze about on the beaches topless all day. At night they get dressed super sexy as always, double the amount of pleasure.

Well. She was not from rawhide. But I got a message whilst in Rawhide. Rawhide got me worked up so needed to do something. Hotel was penny black – great short time pad for cowboy. Age – well. ummmm. anyway.

I’ve become a fan of Rawhide recently. I think I know who you mean in the “best boobs” question. Yes, they are real

I think Rawhide has two A teams – one of taller girls and the other of more typically short Issan girls. They freely mix teams too, nothing is completely structured.

Other than the girls one thing I like about Rawhide: I have had zero hassle from the mamasans. In too many gogos they try and sell you on barfining a girl before you’re ready and demanding drinks for themselves. The girls are not pushy for drinks either: they accept happily when you offer to buy one but otherwise keep quiet.

My only complaint is that many of the girls on the A Teams have to dance way too often. If I was running a gogo I’d have a rule that if a girl is with a customer and getting drinks she does not have to dance. She could if she wanted to but it would not be required.

I have never seen so many girls with customers that they’d have problems getting a quorum on stage.

thanks smitty i needed those pics. they are pretty hot, unless any of them were ladyboys. then i dont think so.

i just spenf 150$ at a strip bar in the US. I just got buzzed and had one weak lap dance. the girl was korean, but she was adopted by white parents at birth. i would say that is not the same as rawhide a, b or the x team. i tell you i could use a pushy mama-son right now that would ‘make’ me go with a georgeous, sweet girl for 1500 bhat. At one point i waited 20 minutes for my 14$ watered down vodka soda.

i would kill for a rowdy afterhours at penny black right now.

Ian. Great points. The one time my buddy and I had an ashtray thrown at us we were in Midnite bar. We had just kind of shoved the money try at the Mamasan. Long story. Anyway I was just complaining because I had just bought a drink and the Mamasan told the girl to go dance. So I agree with your rule.

n – I was thinking. wow – this is off topic and then I am like – jesus I am lame. There it is in the post.

I think he is good but not amazing. I have yet to find amazing in THailand and always wondering what other people think. I never use people to dream up tattoos since i know what I want. He does what I want but one of the deigns we worked on together looked better on paper than my leg. such is life.
